  • It is necessary for our Company to fulfill its legal obligations,

  • Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,

  • Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of our Company, provided that this does not prejudice your fundamental rights and freedoms,

  • Obtaining your explicit consent where necessary,

and may be processed on the basis of these legal grounds.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with the conditions stipulated under the KVKK and by taking the necessary security measures, to;

  • Legally authorized private legal entities,

  • Suppliers and business partners from whom services are obtained,

  • Persons and organizations from whom legal, financial consultancy, and advisory services are obtained,

If your personal data is transferred abroad, the provisions of the KVKK regarding the transfer of data abroad are complied with.

  • Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

  • Request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

  • Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions stipulated under the KVKK,

  • Request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

  • Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  • Request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data,

you have these rights.

9. Application Method

You may submit your requests under the KVKK to ATD Center in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller;

Your applications will be evaluated within the scope of the KVKK and applicable legislation and concluded within the legally prescribed period.

10. Effective Date

This Disclosure Notice entered into force on 28.07.2026.

ATD Center reserves the right to update this notice in accordance with changes that may occur in the applicable legislation or changes in the Company's data processing processes.
